Auto-Bill Tuition Packages
$156/month - weekly 30 min private lessons
$312/month - weekly 60 min private lessons
This tuition covers 47 lessons per calendar year, divided into 12 equal installments. Each month contains 3-5 lesson weeks. Tuition amount is a flat rate, and is auto-billed monthly. Students can withdraw at any time with notice via email (read below). View "Calendar" tab for all school closings.
Withdrawals for the next month must be made via email to email@example.com. We ask that you notify the school by the 15th of the month to stop lessons that month. Late notices will prolong enrollment and tuition charge for one more month. Any outstanding financial obligations will be charged automatically to your credit/debit account provided.
Attendance to your music lesson is key for success. No call, no shows, and cancellations are forfeited. Our teachers are not obligated to provide makeup lessons for student cancellations. Tuition covers not only the instruction, but the instructors time that they set aside weekly for the student. If in the case an instructor cannot attend to a students lesson, a refund will be issued. Ultimately, it is the student’s responsibility to commit to their scheduled lesson time.
Tuition is non-refundable, and is billed through reoccurring monthly automatic payments. A one-time $30 registration fee will be charged upon signing up. Tuition will be charged to your credit/debit card on the 1rst of every month. Students who sign up mid-month will have their first month pro-rated accordingly. Late payments will result in a $25 late fee. Lessons cannot continue without payment.
Extreme Weather and Studio Closings seldom happen. However, if the studio should need to close due to extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control, lessons will be held virtually that day. There are no refunds for lessons missed due to this reason.
Photo Release: Photographs of registered students taken during studio classes and events are considered eligible for publication and public use, unless the student's family submits a written request to the contrary at the time of registration. All such requests will be honored.
