K-12 MUSIC LESSONS
Fun & Engaging Lessons That Kids Love!
Did you take lessons when you were a child? Maybe your teacher was too strict, or too boring, and lessons felt like a chore, or another homework assignment. Maybe your instructor was super nice, but you were bored, and therefore didn't seem to make any progress, because you didn't ever feel like practicing. Or maybe you did practice, but it consisted of mostly scales and exercises, and the repertoire didn't seem relevant to you.
This should not be any child's experience! Music lessons should be fun and engaging, and should include repertoire and music that your child loves! We believe that your child should experience progress and success - from the very beginning. This will motivate them to keep going.
House of Jam is not like your typical music lesson studio...Come in and see for yourself! It's a fully equipped, innovative, and creative environment. We believe that everyone has an "inner artist", and that music is a powerful vehicle to release creativity, and untapped potential. We are in the business of enriching lives through music. We encourage our students to play and feel the music, going beyond the notes, and to use their art form as a means for self-expression, confidence building, creative thinking, problem solving, developing perseverance, self-motivation, and public performance - skills that will truly last a lifetime!
We witnessed my daughter's journey and passion for music grow exponentially. Together with her instructor, they created goals, practiced new skills, built confidence but most importantly followed the path that my daughter chose in a way that was comfortable for her.
Tuesdays are a long day for my family, but my son says “the best thing about Tuesday is guitar lessons!”
The Opportunity Everyone Wants!
We so often hear people say, "I wish my parents enrolled me in music lessons as a child!". We hear this from friends, family, and our students' parents. Are you ready to give your child the experience so many others wish they had?
The worst that could happen is they could try it and not care too much for it. They might move on to the next thing.
What's the best thing that could happen? This could be their passion! The thing they love to share with others, or the one thing that cheers them up when they're unhappy. You probably know someone like this. If you ask them what their life would be without music , we can almost guarantee their answer would be, "I don't ever want to imagine that!"
Do you want to find out if this is your child's "thing"? You won't know until you give it a shot.
